Once you reach out via the contact form about your event you will be contacted. 

We will talk about your event and what you have in mind.  I will answer any questions you have, and we will discuss timing and logistics.  I like to think of it as setting the stage for the scene -and the scene is your party!  I'll want to know what your space is like, what the occasion is, how many people are your thinking and we'll talk about what kinds of special touches would be nice to add.

What I bring, what you need to have

I will bring the specific supplies for the activity, be it music, speaker, or hip scarves. 

 

For tarot readings you will need to set up a space for where the readings will happen, be it simply the dining room table or a separate area on the lawn.  I have a 6' table that can be used, but advance notice is needed to make sure it comes to your event.

Travel

Travel is included in the cost for areas within a 40 mile radius of Stanwood.  This is not "as the crow flies", since I will be driving it is based on driving miles.  If the event is past the 40 mile radius there is an additional travel charge, usually around $50-$100 depending on where the location is.

Pricing

Pricing starts at $250 for all events, whether they are dance based like belly dancing or Chakradance or for tarot.

The initial rate for dance events includes up to 5 people and for any additional dancer there is an additional $40 fee. 

 

The initial rate for tarot events is based on duration (time at event).  The initial fee is based on a 2 hour event. If you think you will need extra time, additional time is billed at $50 / 30 minute increment.

When your event is booked, the initial $250 price is due.  I will email you an invoice that can be paid online.  Once payment is received your event will be booked and it will be schedule on the Agni calendar. 

Any additional fees as outlined above will be due at the time of the event.

Cancellation

Surprises or illnesses can occur and at times the weather is mildly inhospitable (which might make for a less than comfortable dance party).  Cancellations are necessary within 48 hours of the event in order to receive a full refund.  Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund and cancellations on the day of the event will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.
