Belly Dancing
With every shake and hip circle something inside comes alive.
Suddenly tight hips feel sultry. Even if belly dancing feels foreign your feet and your hips will help you find your way.

Parties are 2 hours in length. I come to you and supply hip scarves. We do a warm up, learn essential moves, and put it together into a fun flowing dance.
This is your time to let your body find its flow!

Chakadance is a soulful moving transformative dance based experience.
​
It is a journey through your inner world with a blend of specially created chakra music, visualization, and dance. At the end of the dance there is a brief mandala based art process.
Every one of these specially curated ingredients paves the way to deep healing, integration and insight into your inner and outer world. Your dynamic body will feel as if it has been re-tuned.

The Chakradance process is approximately 2 hours in length. Depending on need and interest, your Chakradance will either focus on one specific chakra or dance through every one of your 7 chakras.

Chakradance is also available as a 1-to-1 personal experience.
